Going to try it when I get home. I played the beta and enjoyed it but the one map got a little boring after a while.

Played a bunch tonight...really intense stuff. Not as tight as COD, but then BF games never are. I can really see uo1 having fun with scrims in this one.
The game itself runs really well for me on high settings. And the graphics are really good, better than COD for me.
Fun stuff with tons of unlockables and a higher learning curve.

It's been a bitch for me to get this game to do anything all day...

anyways, i had my graphics settings on high and my FPS was smooth but i was lagging like ass everywhere with 900 ping, i set my settings to medium low and my fps went up a little but my ping lag totally went away....what gives? my internet is fast as shit so i dunno wtf thats about

Anyways.. quick recap.. game has potential... but its not as solid as it should be yet.

It was fun to run around in a squad with evil and forfit. Now I just need to get on the teamspeak server.

ya i played (or tried) last night. did one solid round in a Taiwan server and seemed to do ok. That was with "play now".

Ended up doing single player for a while just to get the controls set up. Haven't had any crashes to desktop but i did get a PB error. Most of my problems were just trying to get in a server. Looking forward to playing tho because it was fun while it lasted.

I changed my settings to Low without trying anything else but I know it can go higher on my system. Anyone notice any benefit to running higher settings ? Not looks but spotting people and stuff ? I'll give it a shot later i guess.

it seems like when I turn the settings on anything lower than high, I get problems with the screen getting a washed out effect and it makes it really hard to see, especially in vehicles.
I chanaged them to high and the problem instantly went away. Not sure what my fps are, but the game runs pretty smooth for me, way better than cod mw2. I just wish I didn't keep ketting kicked or being unable to connect. When I am able to get into a server it turns out being one in Europe. I was able to get into a good server last night and play for about 2 hours in a squad with Forfit. Total play time yesterday was probably close to 4 hours and I'm half way to rank 3. Really digging it so far.

I'll pick it up this weekend I think my house is going to buy this to so I should have a few roommates rolling with us they're good pilots. They should be they fly mini choppers around the house all day and night. Telling me "I'm a Pilot I can fly".

my computer i bought for cod2, true i put in a new video card recently and more RAM, but it runs the game fine on quality = high. i'm real close to the min requirements too
